Using high quality PA granules, we are manufacturing Polyamide sheets with the extrusion process. The sheets are then treated in a highly modern machine for curing / orientation process for increasing the tensile strength of the PA sheet.
Width of Sheet:-
We manufacture polyamide sheets in 320mm and 520mm width .
Thickness of sheet :-
0.2mm , 0.3 mm , 0.4mm , 0.5mm , 0.6 mm , 0.8mm , 1.0mm, 1.25mm , 1.5mm and 1.75mm
* We also manufacture reprocessed extruded polyamide sheets.
Thickness of the sheet:-
The thickness of the Polyamide sheet manufactured by us are from 0.2mm to 1.75mm
Extruded Sheet:-
We also manufacture extruded sheets which are quite cheap and are used in making many products like button patti used in diamond industry and lattice belt used in textile industry.
Nylon Cloth:-
We also supply nylon cloth used in belting from 0.2mm to 0.6mm thickness.
Adhesives:-
For joining various types of belts, we provide the adhesives made in our own mill.
For joining rubber to rubber:- Rubber Adhesive
For joining leather to leather:- Leather adhesive
For joining nylon to nylon :- Nylon adhesive
